This 360 degree view of Philadelphia will leave you speechless and entertained while you soak up the rich history and beautiful artwork. Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours is a new official tourist transport service that shows you the city from a new perspective. Thanks to the Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours panoramic deck, you will be able to see the city monuments from a different point of view. With the Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours route, you can enjoy the most emblematic areas of the city and discover the New Philadelphia. You can also visit each of the monuments as the Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours ticket allows you to get on and off the bus as many times as you like. With the same ticket, you can take hop on and off from 09:30 to 5:30. When you board the bus, you will receive a brochure with all the information on the route. Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours has vehicles with panoramic decks that provide unequalled views of the city. All vehicles are equipped with anatomical seats to make the route more comfortable. To facilitate access to the service by persons with limited mobility, some vehicles are equipped with an access ramp, space reserved for wheelchairs, with safety harness and restraints. On boarding the bus, you will be given a leaflet with a map of the city and details of the route with a description of the stops. You will also be attended at all times by a guide who will give you the best historical tour, and who will answer any queries you may have while on the route

Cancellation Policy

1. All sales are final: tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded by Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours.
2.In order to verify genuine e-vouchers the email information needs to show time and date of delivery when presented. We reserve the right to refuse vouchers that do not show this information.
3.Online tickets are booked on the understanding that the ticket confirmations are pre-paid vouchers which must be redeemed for a valid ticket.
4.The ticket to travel is valid for use on Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours and is valid on the specified date of travel.
5.Pre-paid vouchers or tickets to travel obtained from an unauthorized source, stolen, copied illegally or counterfeit will be seized and cancelled without compensation.
6.The ticket to travel remains the property of the company and must be made available for inspection by the driver, guide or any official of the company on demand.
7.Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours will make every effort to maintain a regular and frequent service, but does not guarantee to do so. Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours shall not be in any way liable to the ticket holder for loss,damage,inconvenience or delay in consequence of any failure, alteration, suspension, cancellation or termination of service.
8.At the Management discretion,in exceptional circumstances, should a refund be agreed to, then this will be subject to an administration fee of 15% of the order value and only be refunded after the expiry date of the tickets purchased.
9.A child is defined as in the ticket class at time of purchase. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
10.Should you have any reason to complain, kindly note this needs to be done within 30 days of date of travel. Any complaints must be accompanied by your Philadelphia Sightseeing Tours ticket.
